I agree with them that it is important for us and also teach children to be extra careful in posting files/ images online as it might lead to various consequences later on in life. This is because the things they posted might just go viral in the online database and it can also be out of our control once it is posted. Therefore, it is important for us to think twice before we post something online. We need to remind our children about this constantly too!
Apart from posting files online, I think it is important for us educators to control what children watch online too such as on YouTube. Here are some links that demonstrates some examples on how we can protect and control what our children watches on YouTube.
